Pick-up and drop-off will be provided for all categories from the hotel or location of your choice within the metropolitan area. All locations outside this zone will have an additional fee.

  • A valid passport must be presented on the day of the experience. Colombian passengers must pay the 19% VAT rate.
  • The gold museum is closed on Mondays. In that case, you can change your visit to the Botero Museum or the Esmeralda Museum.
  • The time to climb Monserrate in the Emerald category is estimated between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on the number of people. If you want to avoid the line, we recommend an upgrade to the gold or signature category.
  • It is possible to be affected by the high altitude during your climb to Monserrate. We recommend that you slowly drink an infusion of coca leaf to counteract any effects due to the altitude. In addition, it is best to enjoy this experience after a day's stay in Bogota. 
  • This activity is recommended for children in cars and people with reduced mobility.
  • Some stops may vary depending on the category of the selected service.
  • Our cancellation policy allows you to request changes and cancellations without charge up to 24 hours prior to the starting time of the activity. If you fail to request a cancellation, you will be subject to a penalty of 10% of the value for changes to the reservation and a 100% penalty for cancellations.
  • The experience is subject to cancellation due to weather conditions. In that case, we will proceed to modify your reservation or generate a refund.

    Bogota is located at an altitude of approximately 8,660 feet (2,640 meters) above sea level and the temperature is around 14°C (57°F). However, the weather can vary between sunny and cold. We recommend you to be prepared for both rainy and sunny days.  
  • How far in advance should I make a reservation?
    For signature category activities, you must make your reservation at least 8 days in advance. For the gold and emerald categories, you can make your reservation 12 hours before the tour starts.
