Ascend Monserrate in a private cable-car cabin and toast with prosecco as the sun sets over the city, with a dressed table, drinks and floral décor waiting for you at the top. The evening continues with a private visit to the Gold Museum and closes with dinner at one of Bogotá's author restaurants.
