    Why is the minimum 4 travellers?+

    Each experience is staged with chefs, therapists or creators dedicated exclusively to your group. A minimum of 4 travellers keeps that level of service and setup.

    How far in advance should I book?+

    At least 48 hours. For Bogotá Signature and private dinners we recommend 5 days or more, as they depend on private cabin and restaurant availability.

    Can they be customised?+

    Yes. We adapt menus, dietary restrictions, décor, special celebrations and duration to your group.

    How are they quoted and paid?+

    They are on-request experiences: we send a tailored quote based on travellers and date. Confirmed with a deposit, balance paid before the experience.
